Watt's For Wishes Program

U.S. Global Glow, in partnership with the Watts for Wishes program, created by SolarSense and the Make-A Wish foundation has developed a promising and rewarding donation program. U.S. Global Glow promises to fulfill the wish of at least one deserving child of a nearby community, in which we complete a large energy remodel. Watts for Wishes is our way of continuing to promote our mission of improving businesses bottom line and shrinking carbon footprints, but also to make the world a happier and better place.

Brown's ShopRite at Oregon Avenue of South Philadelphia:

U.S. Global Glow, of Haverford, PA has made a wish come true for a 7 year old girl from Philadelphia. She suffers from blood disease and must undergo a blood transfusion every several weeks for the rest of her life. For the Holiday's she has asked for every child’s dream, to go to Disney World with her family. U.S. Global Glow, in partnership with Brown’s Family ShopRite at Oregon Avenue of South Philadelphia and the Make-A-Wish Foundation has made the holidays come a little early to this child and her family.

The donation program was conjured by President  & Founder of U.S. Global Glow; Joe Wolf, as part of a donation program entitled “Watt’s for Wishes”. U.S. Global Glow is the corporate sponsor of her wish, contributing all six-thousand dollars that has funded the family vacation.

The donation was made possible following a lighthing upgrade at Brown’s Family ShopRite in South Philadelphia. The lighting upgrade will dramatically reduce the energy consumption of the facility and reduce it's carbon footprint. Brown’s Family ShopRite has been voted as one of the ‘Best Places to Work’ in Philadelphia three years in a row by the Philadelphia Business Journal, and is often recognized for its efforts in serving communities around the Delaware Valley.

The ShopRite at Oregon Ave. is the second of President; Jeff Brown's, stores to complete a ligthing upgrade with U.S. Global Glow, and the second facility to host a Watt's for Wishes press conference and wish ceremony. The Brown Family plans to uprgade all of their facilities with U.S. Global Glow, while U.S. Global Glow will continue to grant a wish to a child in need following each upgrade. 

As part of our mission to make the world a healthier and better place we promise, in partnership with the Make A Wish Foundation to grant a child a wish from each community in which we complete a major energy remodel.
